Physical Therapy Evaluation
$200
A physical therapy evaluation is an appointment provided by a pediatric clinical specialist physical therapist within the home to evaluate the child’s neck movement, strength, gross motor skills and includes a comprehensive history related to preferences for turning the head and evaluation of head flattening.
Environmental Assessment
$100
A physical therapist will assess your home environment before or after baby arrives to ensure the home is set up to facilitate gross motor development and prevent torticollis and plagiocephaly.
Physical Therapy Treatment
$100
Following physical therapy evaluation, 30 minute treatments are provided to assist with improving torticollis and plagciocephaly. An evaluation is required prior to beginning treatment.
